What is FLV?
FLV is the preferred file format for delivering video clips via Flash. It is a specialized file format that has been supported from version 7. FLV files cannot be played back directly but must be embedded in (or linked from) an SWF file.
What is F4V?
F4V is a new format created to include H.264 for Flash videos. Starting with SWF files published for Flash Player 9 Update 3 (9,0,115,0), Flash Player can play F4V files. The F4V format is based on the format specified by ISO/IEC 14496-12: ISO base media file format.
How do I know whether my program is the latest version?
You can get the version detail by selecting "Help"> "About". To check whether the current program is the latest one, please click "Help" on the Main Menu and select "Check for Update". If you’d like the program to check for update automatically, please select "Options">"Preferences", and check "Auto check for update".
What is the difference between trial version and full version?
The full does not include any limits that are available in the trial version. The trial version is totally free with limitations below:
1. Only 2 cue points can be added at one time.
2. Only 3 choices are available in player skins (with Moyea logo and link), special effects, and preloader sections.
3. Navigation on click in Profile section cannot be reset. Clicking on the generated SWF or HTML, you will be directed to our website.
4. At most 5 files can be imported, one of which can be MP3 file.

How to set the default output path?
If you want to export the edited file to FLV to Video Converter, the file will be saved in a default path. You can reset the path by clicking "Options"> "Preferences".
What information should I offer you to solve my problem?
The more details you give us, more quickly we will find out the problem. When you describe your problem, please inform us of what your system configuration is, how you operated and what error occurred as well. If possible, you'd better send us your source files and project file for investigation. To save a project file, you can select: File> Save Project.
Why can’t I import FLV from Media Library? I already have Moyea YouTube FLV Downloader installed.
I'm afraid that the downloader installed on your computer must be lower than 2.0.8.0. You will be directed to the free download page for a latest version. Or you can download from http://www.flvsoft.com/download_flv/.
How can I cut an FLV to several clips and delete the unwanted part?
To cut an FLV with this program, you can import the FLV by selecting Import> FLV, or you can import from YouTube FLV Downloader Media Library and IE Cache; drag the FLV to timeline; drag the pointer to the right position where you’d like to cut, and click the Scissor button to cut. And then you can select and delete the unwanted part by “X” button or Delete on your keyboard.
